1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Universflow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at universflow.in@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Content & use of the service
The App lets you stream music from various sources, build libraries and playlists, and (where supported) download for offline listening. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or rip the audio streams; (b) bypass any rate limits, ads, or premium gates; (c) use bots; (d) upload anything that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful.
5. Premium subscriptions
Premium plans purchased via UPI or promo code give you ad-free playback, unlimited downloads and other features for the duration shown at checkout. Premium auto-expires at the end of the paid period and does not auto-renew. Refunds are handled case-by-case via universflow.in@gmail.com.
6. Third-party content
Some catalog content is served from third parties. We are not the source or owner of all music available through the App. If you believe content infringes your rights, see our takedown process at universflow.in@gmail.com.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Universflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
