1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Universflow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at universflow.in@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Content & use of the service
The App lets you stream licensed music, build libraries and playlists, and (where supported) download for offline listening. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. Offline copies stay inside the App and may stop playing after the applicable access period ends.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or rip the audio streams; (b) bypass any rate limits, ads, or premium gates; (c) use bots; (d) upload anything that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful.
5. Premium access
Premium gives you ad-free playback, downloads and other features for the fixed duration shown before purchase. Android purchases distributed through Google Play use Google Play Billing. The current 30-, 60- and 90-day access packs do not auto-renew. Availability, price and tax are shown by Google Play before confirmation.
Refund policy: Premium purchases are final and non-refundable after activation, except where Google Play policy or applicable law requires a refund. A failed, duplicate or unactivated charge does not count as an activated Premium purchase; contact universflow.in@gmail.com or use Google Play’s purchase support.
6. Copyright notices
If you believe content infringes your rights, email universflow.in@gmail.com with your name and contact details, the work claimed, the exact song or page, proof of ownership or authority, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the information is accurate. We may remove or restrict disputed content while reviewing the notice.
Affected rights holders may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining why removal was mistaken, and providing evidence of authorization. We may restore content when the dispute is resolved or the law permits it. Repeated infringement may result in termination.
Universflow is an independent service. References to third-party platforms or trademarks identify compatibility or factual comparisons only and do not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You can schedule account deletion from Settings. A seven-day recovery period begins immediately; signing back in during that period lets you cancel. Eligible account data is permanently deleted after the deadline.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Universflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
10. Advertising
The free service may show clearly identified in-app advertising. Premium suppresses those ad placements while active. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks.
